Marlene
displayed her enthusiasm for art on June 21, 2007 with a showcase
of the finest artists from the 19th and 20th centuries. The
emphasis of the art displayed was on the New York City skyline
and the glory of its intricate architecture.
Though art inspired, the event itself was a perfect vehicle
for Marlene to introduce other facets of her talents and achievements.
As a leader in the real estate industry, she took this chance
to reveal one of the many outstanding luxury apartments and
chose “Café Des Artistes of the Upper East Side”,
as she calls it. With 17 foot ceilings, captivating views
and a two story wall boasting double glazed thermal windows,
this uptown loft is the envy of any downtown sinister.
The evening was coordinated between
Marlene, her Marketing and Design agency BlueBeard Creative,
and Lawlor Media Group her Public Relations agency. Over 200
people attended, including celebrities, New York’s affluent
as well as press (The New York Times, The New Yorker and The
Hamptons, just to name a few). The esteemed photographer Patrick
McMullan was on hand to capture the imagery.
This event was so successful that Marlene
decided to add the Art Gallery section onto her website. The
night was an absolute success and Marlene was able to demonstrate
all the many angles of her individuality. She even shared
her parallels with the pomegranate… exotic, worldly
and complex.
